Because of that, First Shelter can build a townhouse unit that has four bedrooms, which is quite an upgrade from the usual 2-BR townhouse units that some developers are selling.
Each 2-storey townhouse unit has four bedrooms (one Master’s and three average ones), ample space for a spacious living and dining area, an enclosed kitchen area, a Maid’s room, a powder room at the ground floor, and a common T&B on the second. These units also have balconies that are accessible from the Master’s bedroom. In addition, there is a small lanai area in the backyard where you can put a couple of lawn furniture pieces.
